Forgot part of our order, there’s a mistake almost every time we order, really disappointing. You should also be able to refund on the card we paid with, we were working and couldn’t physically come back into the cafe for a cash refund.

The wraps are normally great but we had a caesar wrap tonight and asked for no salad which we always do (meaning no salad in the box as a side). There’s never been any mix up with this. Today we received no lettuce in the wrap so it was literally just 2 bits of chicken with so much cheese and a drizzle of sauce. Disappointing!
